She usually gets up 5.00 am, She takes a shower.

and then always brushes the hair.

She sometimes drinks milk and often has the breakfast at 7.00 am 

after always brushes her teeth.

Then Shakira does Yoga and dances.

she goes to shopping at 10.00 am.

Shakira often has the lunch at 12.30 and hardly ever eats sugar.

She usually does exercise and always has the dinner at 7.00 pm.
